For example, Leeds created "The Best City Ambition" to become the best city in the UK by improving people's lives through three pillars: Health and Wellbeing, Inclusive Growth and Zero Carbon. The program encourages local communities and partner organizations to participate in building "Team Leeds". With the introduction of the Leeds Social Progress Index, they now have a tool to measure the impact of the Team Leeds interventions and assess their citizens' and communities' social and environmental wellbeing.
